Fear

2Tim1:7″For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

I once read from a psychologist concerning the power of the mind, that 9 out of 10 things that people fear never actually occur.

Our allowing fear to rule us, diminishes our ability to tap into our power, the abundant love that surrounds us, and contentment that comes from a sound mind. Unfortunately, religion has been in many cases the largest proponent for our fear consciousness. This has been done through generations of teaching that generates blind belief, leadership that cannot be questioned, and the creation of a pie in the sky god that produces a sense of separation between the worshiper and their Creator which produces shame..

Fear is a paralyzing force opposite of love. One that we can become addicted to even when not rational. An acronym that fits well for fear is False Evidence Appearing Real. It is the substance for which Goliath/s are created in our lives, for the power of the mind of man is that it materializes and amplifies that which we meditate upon in fear. Goliath was the manifestation of the fears of not only a single person but a nation…

Our fears as individuals and the fears of nations are powerful forces and infectious just as bacterial and viral diseases. The scriptures deal with this powerful force over and over detailing how when we are possessed by them they become contagious and cut us off from light and strangle our souls lowering us to the worship of the demons of circumstance and the perception of lack..

Fear however as a spiritual force has a fatal weakness and a fragile and unstable nature in that it cannot exist and is transformed into life when confronted. The profound spiritual science of the scriptures bears witness to this repeatedly in such examples as David’s confrontation of Goliath, Abraham’s test of faith with G-d ordering the sacrifice of his sun Isaac, Moses’s spiritual contest and battle with Pharaoh, all the way to Jesus’s sojourn in the wilderness where he confronts his own greed, insecurities, and fears in the form of spiritual trials. All spiritual examples of how when fear and insecurity is confronted and overcome, how it always leads to liberation and the birth of abundance for the overcomer and others.

Study of truth and its implementation through practice in our daily lives reveals the universal principle that fear is an inferior force in comparison the Spirit of G-d in Man, and when and as man confronts his fears rooted in the knowledge of his spiritual nature fear must always bow out and release its secrets, wealth, and riches to the overcomer…

For the Spirit that we are consist of the power to create life, Love to knit and evolve that experience, and Sound mind to preserve and balance it all in oneness…

It allows us to FLY…
