I see your unshed tears.
I hear your silent screams, your cries, your fears,
I feel your unresolved hurt and pain
I’ve seen you throughout the years
You see… I see you, and I know who you really are.
Through ups and downs, and ins and outs,
Confusion and clarity, through triumph and doubt,
Through good and bad, funny and sad,
Joy and sorrow, hopes for tomorrow;
I see you, and I know who you are.
Through it all… the ifs, and whens, thou shalts and shalt nots
The years of your shoulda, woulda, coulda, and oughtas
Through gonna, wanta, have ta, need ta, maybes, and, sortas
Beneath the layers of doubt and fear and shame and lostness
I see you… and I know who you really are.
Through remorse and guilt and shame, grief, and doubt,
Storms within and storms without,
No apologies needed, no explanations necessary, no I’m sorrys
I see you… and I know who you really are.
You’re fearfully and wonderfully made
My creation, my image, with my love
I wish that you could see… the you that I know, the you that I see.
Discouraged, disheartened, dismayed, disgusted,
Disenchanted, condemning, unfulfilled, unrelenting,
Physically, and emotionally abused, accused and misused,
When you think no one else cares, know that I do,
For I see you, and I know who you really are.
Despite the pretentiousness, and neath the façade of glued on smiles
Despite your seasons of seemingly endless hopelessness,
Selfishness, self-contempt, self-loathing, and worthlessness;
I know where you live and it’s beyond the confines of four walls or your body.
It’s within the labyrinths and limitless corridors of your mind…
Unfettered and unchained, the boundaries and limitations set by only you,
I see you… and I know who you really are.
Through the acts of violence, I see your fear
Through your intolerance, I see your despair
Through your seeming triumphs, I see your failure
Chest stuck out… yet feelings of doubt
Smiles on the outside, dejected and rejected within
I see you… and I know who you really are.
Insecure in your seeming cloak of power and riches,
Happy you think, but no peace within;
Performing and playing at who you think you are,
Or who others think you are, Or who you want others to think you are;
Yet knowing within, you’re not all you could be,
Knowing you’re not all you’re destined to be.
Living this illusion of life without,
Yet knowing the truth within without a doubt;
From delusions of grandeur, to thinking you’re insane,
Feeling like none but you can truly know your pain.
In your limited sphere of fear, your hour of power,
Your minute of materialism, your second of substance,
I see you… and I know who you really are.
You’re fearfully and wonderfully made
My creation, my image, with my love
I wish that you could see… the you that I know, the you that I see.
Through your acting wise and otherwise,
You touch my soul and I am deeply moved
By the genuinely real you.
Under all the baggage of illusions you’ve checked in this journey called life,
Every moment, every minute, every hour, every day,
Delusions of who you think you are, yet deep inside
You know the truth from a lie.
You see… I see you and I know who you really are.
In spite of your pain, in spite of your fear
Beyond your self disgust, beyond your disdain,
You’re not what they say you are, or what they say you were;
You’re not what they say you did, nor where they say you came from
I see you… and I know who really are.
You’re fearfully and wonderfully made
I hear the genuine song of your soul
Beyond even the shadow of any doubt,
I know you within and without.
I really see you, and I know who you really are.
Oh, that you would see, the you that I see…
Beneath the veneer of money and power,
You talk big and feel small.
You have power but have no POWER.
You are rich but have no wealth,
You see… but are blind,
You hear… but remain deaf.
When they say your daddy or your momma was a nobody
When they say you’re a nothing, and a nobody too. It’s a LIE!!
Nuth’in from nuth’in don’t leave nuth’in… it’s true…
For you see, you’re fearfully and wonderfully made
Because Almighty G-d made you.
Look insude yourself internally
You are not defined by what others say, or what you see externally
See your self, see the you that I see.
Know who you are… know you… know me
You’re fearfully and wonderfully made
My creation, my image, with my love
Oh… how I wish that you could see… the you that I know, the you that I see.
You are more than what you see
But you won’t know until the universe within you is free
Listen! Look inside yourself and hear the still small voice
Look, hear, see and know with certainty
Know the you that I know, and the you that I see
Free to love, free to be.
Trees just are.. they’re free to be
All that they are purposed to be
Nothing will change until you change it!
Mountains won’t move until you move them!
No peace until you still the storms.
Use them as a means to know yourself
Then love others and know you are genuinely loved.
With certainty, know the truth that I know,
With conviction, see the you that I see,
With compassion, forgiveness and tolerance for all mankind
In love embrace all that you are destined to be.
You’re fearfully and wonderfully made
My creation, my image, with my love
Now that you are able to see…
The you that I know, the you that I see.
When you know you, you know G-D,
And when you know G-D, you know you.
Wondrously and Marvelously Created in His Image,

I am dealing with a love one who have just recently lost her Mother due to an illness. While listening and responding to her struggles within, your timely article is a inspiration that I would like to share with her with your permission. She is presently in pain, depressed and is in need of prayer. Again, I am so grateful for your wisdom and desire to write such an important message.
